Ravine Billy
(She/Her) Accepting New Clients
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual therapy for folks across the lifespan, from emerging adults (16-25) navigating identity and life transitions to adults (25-65) and older adults (65+) seeking meaning, connection, and a return to their most authentic selves.
My approach is person-centered, Afrocentric, and grounded in the belief that healing is a journey of coming home to who you’ve always been. I hold space for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, honor your story, and move toward a fuller, more authentic life. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development/rediscovery, cultural and racial identity, and midlife transitions. I invite the whole self into the therapeutic space, including the parts still becoming, still questioning, or long silenced. This includes supporting clients in exploring and embracing their sexual identity and expression with compassion, curiosity, and empowerment.
My work is informed by evidence-based modalities, including, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
As a Black therapist with lived experience, I hold a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their stories, heal, and come home to self. Whether you are struggling with self-doubt or seeking emotional freedom, I am here to walk alongside you.
Healing takes time, but you do not have to do it alone.
