We are in-network providers with BCBS (but we are not in-network with BlueHome or HealthyBlue) and Aetna plans. You’ll pay the contracted rate based on your plan. We are also in-network with the NC State Employees’ Plan and are considered CPP providers so the copay is $0.

We are out-of-network providers with all other insurance providers, so the insurance company will reimburse you directly, depending on the plan/benefits. We will submit the claim for you, even for out of network insurance, for each session to help streamline the process. We can also check your insurance benefits ahead of time so you’ll know what to expect. Many of our clients get reimbursed a significant portion of the fee back, making the total out of pocket expense not much more than some copays.

Fees:

Initial Session: $200

Individual Therapy: $150-$180

Family Therapy (60-90 minutes): $225-$300

Parent Coaching (60 minutes): $225

Coaching/Consultation: $180

Sliding Scale is available on a limited basis and varies depending on clinician. Please inquire if cost is an issue, we try to be as flexible as we can.
