Read the below statements carefully:
The Hold Me Tight® Let Me Go Workshop and its material are trademarked intellectual property. Facilitators are delivering this workshop with permission, and all materials are not to be copied or shared. Hold Me Tight® Let Me Go Workshops are not psychotherapy or couples therapy, even when delivered by licensed psychotherapy providers, and are not intended to assess, diagnosis or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. Hold Me Tight® Let Me Go Workshops are intended for parents and their teenage children to receive relationship education services to improve the health of their relationships. While these workshops have been studied to be highly effective for many families, and the facilitators will deliver the program faithfully, Allison Grubbs and Associates does not promise that attending this workshop will improve your relationship or your experience of satisfaction and stability of your relationship, and there is the risk of increased distress in your relationship after attending this workshop. For psychotherapy or family therapy services beyond this workshop, we can recommend licensed psychotherapists to provide you services should you request the referrals. This workshop is inappropriate for families that are experiencing current or ongoing relational norm violations such as intimate partner violence or abuse, as well as families where one or both parents or child have untreated addictions to psychoactive substances.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation within 60-30 days of event: 20% refund
- Cancellation 29-0 days of event: 0% refund
No Recordings/Photography policy:
- Participants are not permitted to video record, audio record or photograph any portion of the workshop, its facilitators or the participants at any point.
Confidentiality policy:
- Participants will not be required to share any detail of their relationship, experience or identity in the workshop. If participants are invited and voluntarily share any detail of their relationship, experience or identity, other participants are expected to maintain confidentiality: What is shared in the workshop stays in the workshop.
All Love is Good Love policy:
- We encourage families of all identities to attend these workshops. We hold the view that all love (between consenting adults) and all identities is good and we expect all participants to be open to the same view.
