Grief Therapy
Compassionate Support Through Loss, Mourning, and Life After
Grief touches every part of our lives—emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you've lost a loved one, experienced a miscarriage, gone through a divorce, or are grieving the life you imagined, your pain deserves space, care, and understanding.
At our Raleigh-based group therapy practice, we offer supportive, nonjudgmental grief counseling for adults, teens, and children. We honor that grief is not linear, that healing doesn’t mean forgetting, and that your experience is unique.
Grief therapy provides a place to process loss, make meaning, and begin to move forward without rushing or minimizing your pain.
