Therapy for College Students in NC

Helping Young Adults Navigate Stress, Identity, and Life Transitions With Confidence

College is a time of growth and discovery—but it can also bring intense stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Academic pressure, relationships, identity exploration, and life decisions can feel like too much to handle alone. At our Raleigh-based group therapy practice, we offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for college students facing these challenges head-on.

Whether you're a first-year student struggling to adjust, a senior navigating life after graduation, or a graduate student balancing demands of work and academics, we’re here to help.

Our office is also conveniently located right across the street from NCSU, on the busline, and walkable.

Common Issues We Address:

  • Academic stress and burnout

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns

  • Social anxiety and loneliness

  • Identity exploration (LGBTQ+, cultural, or spiritual identity)

  • Family pressure and conflict

  • Relationship issues and breakups

  • ADHD, executive functioning, and time management

  • Transitions and uncertainty about the future

Our Approach

We provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where students can express themselves freely, explore their goals and fears, and learn healthy coping skills. Our therapists use evidence-based, relational, and experiential approaches to empower students to manage stress, improve self-awareness, and build resilience.

We also understand the developmental needs of emerging adults and offer a mix of structure and flexibility to meet students where they are.
